Universal Transfer Sheets are blank, ready to be printed on with your edible printer. The transfer sheets may go on any type of merengue, isomalt, or chocolate whether it is dark or light, however images will show better on light mediums.
Pour melted chocolate, isomalt, or merengue on top of your thin transfer sheet and let it sit. Once your medium has hardened, simply peel away the sheet and the colored design will have been imprinted onto your dessert.

For storage conditions, please be sure to store at 59-68 degrees Fahrenheit (15-20 Celsius).
