Gift Certificate should be used the same way as coupon codes. Locate your generated code in the order confirmation email or My Account and insert it to the coupon field at the checkout page and click apply.
Check that your ink cartridges are not empty and that they are inserted properly. If they are, the problem is most likely a clogged print head. A print head cleaning is needed.
