This is a very simple way to make professional looking merengue desserts
Merengue Transfer Sheets are blank, ready to be printed on with your edible printer. The transfer sheets may go on any type of merengue, whether it is dark or light merengue, however images will show better on light merengue.
Pour melted chocolate on top of your thin transfer sheet and let it sit. Once your merengue has hardened, simply peel away the sheet and the colored design will have been imprinted onto your pastry.

For storage conditions, please be sure to store at 59-68 degrees Fahrenheit (15-20 Celsius).
