The paper quality is very thin but it adheres to the fondant well. I was highly dissatisfied with the fact that the paper I received was already opened. I guess it was opened to make it a 12 count instead of 24. However, I have a cake business and that seems unsanitary to me. It would’ve been good to know that it was a part of 24 pack that was reduced ahead of time so I could decide if I was ok with that.
